The Forums
Sometimes you will find that you do not fully understand something or you have a burning question you want to ask. You could ask someone in your faction or an in-game friend. If you’re new, though, or want to discuss a topic with more than one person, you could turn to a forum!
Etiquette
Not many guides have notes about in-game etiquette, which I think is important for new players to understand. Firstly, you will not make many friends if you are stealing kills from other players. A kill belongs to whoever hit the monster first. There are times when two people hit the same monster at the same time.
Factions
You may at some point, even before level 20, be invited to join a faction. Factions are communities of players that chat and help each other whenever they need it. There are all different kinds. Some only have high level characters or some very small in size. It is up to the four executive members of each faction what type of faction it will be because they have the power to invite and kick people out.

Boutique
In the Boutique, you can use actual money to buy zen which can be exchanged for items in the game. The zen can be charged to a debit/credit card or you can buy a prepaid card in the amount of $10 or 25 at 7-Eleven, Target, or GameStop stores.
Chat
The chat system can seem confusing at a first glance. The default chat mode, the one you start the game in, is common chat. When you type something in common chat, all other players in the same area can see what you wrote.
